Thank you for your interest in commissioning artwork from me! Please take a moment to read through my TOS. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for clarification!

By commissioning me you are confirming that you have read and understood my terms of service. Failure to uphold this agreement is terms for refusal of future service.✩I reserve the right to refuse a commission, trade or request for any reason. ✩•You must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me.
•Any artwork purchased from me is to be used for personal and privatized use. Unauthorized use of commissioned work for commercial gain is prohibited.
•I do not and will not give consent for my artworks to be used in any AI program.As a client, you have the right to:
•Upload the image to any social media with proper credit for the creation of the image
•Resize and/or crop the image for use as an icon
•Print the completed image for personal useYou may not:
•Claim the artwork as your own
•Sell the artwork for profit; If a character is being rehomed and my work is within it's gallery, you are allowed to increase the worth of the character to accommodate the value of the art purchased. You may not sell prints or reproductions of the artwork itself for profit.
•Remove my signature and/or any present watermarks
•Edit the image, either by yourself or a third party.Use Of Character Reference:
•I do require a digital reference of your character prior to starting your piece. Scanned traditional reference sheets and photographed traditional reference sheets will not be accepted. Written descriptions of a character will not be accepted.
•The only exception to this is in the creation of a custom character or select reference sheet commissions.Changes and Adjustments:
•Work-In-Progress (WIP) pictures are provided throughout the drawing process for any commission.
•During the sketching phase, you will be allotted 3 structural changes before additional fees may be accrued.
•Once a sketch is approved by the client, I will no longer make structural changes to the image except in the case of a missed character trait on my behalf.
•Once the Line Art stage is approved, I will not make any changes to the lines. Please ensure that everything looks correct before approving the line art.
•During the coloring process, you are allotted 5 structural changes before additional fees may be accrued.
•Flat color and full render commissions; once color flats are approved by the client I will no longer be making revisions to the colors except in the case of missed details on my behalf.
•Once a piece is completed, revisions will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis.Transactions:
•I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi in USD. At this time I do not accept any further money services.
•I do not accept cryptocurrency for payment.
•Unsolicited payment for a commission prior to my approval will be immediately returned. Please discuss your desired commission with me prior to making your purchase.
•Full payment upfront is required unless the commission totals more than $100 USD, after which I will accept half payment upfront and the final half at the completion of the piece. Please note that the full completed piece will not be released to you until the full payment is received.
•Commissions totaling less than $100 will not be started until payment is received in full.Queue:
•Once paid, the commission will be added to my queue in the order it is received.
•I currently do not accept rush orders
•Asking for progress is completely justifiable, however please do be respectful of myself and others in the queue. I will have my queue posted publicly for your convenience.Refunds:
•You are entitled to a full refund if and only if the piece has not been started.
•Once a piece is sketched you are eligible for 30% of the price refunded in the event that you choose to cancel the commission process.
•Once a sketch has been approved, you are no longer eligible for a refund unless the commission process is cancelled by myself; after which you are eligible for a 30% refund.Streaming:
I do frequently stream commission progress. If you do not wish for your piece to be worked on during a stream, please let me know at the time of purchase.
NSFW commissions will not be livestreamed on Twitch. Occasionally I may choose to livestream nsfw commissions on Discord, however if you prefer to have your piece done in private, please let me know at the time of purchase.Turnaround Times:
Turn around time for commissions is up to 3 weeks unless otherwise stated, due to a fluctuating schedule at my full-time job.
